Our platform integrates with Third-Party APIs (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn). By using these integrations, you agree to comply with the respective terms of service of these providers:

  • Facebook/Instagram Platform Terms
  • TikTok Business API Terms
  • LinkedIn User Agreement

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Laravel. We do not pre-screen content and are not liable for any violations of social media platform policies caused by your posts.

The materials on Laravel are provided on an 'as is' basis. we make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
