Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Aurion Tech Global ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide IT consultancy, web development, app development, UI/UX design, branding, SEO, digital marketing, and related digital services. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the final deliverables. Aurion Tech Global retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aurion Tech Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Clients will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Gujranwala, Pakistan.
